    How do I get rid of the weather, market and traffic icons that appear when I start my...


    In the last month my lock screen now appreas with this extra information that I don't want. I like my lock screen to be a photo slected my Microsoft that changes from time to time. I do NOT want any extra information on the screen.The solution to the same question is Aug 2024 said to personalise the lock screen -> toggle the 'lock screen status' off - but that option is not available anymore. There is no option to remove that information, unless I select ONE photo to be displayed only lock screen, which never changes.

    • When did the issue start?
    • Were there any changes made on your device before encountering the issue?
    • In the past, does the traffic shows up when navigation mode is on?
    • What are the troubleshooting steps you've done so far?
