"I have tried multiple times to access UHRS via Clickworker and Toloka, but I keep getting an error. I have cleared cache, changed browsers, tried logging in from a PC, and even contacted support, but nothing has worked. My account still does not get authorized. Please guide me on how to fix this issue."

UHRS Login problem

I am currently working for Clickworker on UHRS with a dedicated Windows LiveID.

Another company asked for UHRS access to get their training material for their HITs in UHRS. I assigned another Windows LiveID for this one as well.

Now whenever I try to access either of the accounts I get "Your account is disabled" message.

How can I handle this access issue to UHRS with multiple Windows LiveID accounts?

I have already tried to clear cache, history, log out of everything, no success.

Non lavoravi per Microsoft. Lavoravi per un'azienda come Datamime, Clickworker, Lionbridge, Appen, iSoftStone, Teemwork.ai, Yandex Toloka, OneForma o un'altra.



Contatta l'azienda UHRS per cui lavori effettivamente.

You weren't working for Microsoft. You were working for a company like Datamime, Clickworker, Lionbridge, Appen, iSoftStone, Teemwork.ai, Yandex Toloka, OneForma or another.

LOGIN-UHRS DOES NOT HAVE A JUDGE ACCOUNT

Yes, the UHRS is linked to Clickworker, yet I am unable to gain access to it. Clickworker says they have tested the account and they can log in fine from their end.

I am using the proper URL https://prod.uhrs.playmsn.com/Judge/Views/LogIn#. I have tried many times all the suggested remedies, such as clearing cache, reset
IE 11, etc. I have reset my Microsoft Account password twice to no avail. My wife can use my computer and login to her UHRS through Clickworker just fine.
