Windows 10: Unable to update Windows version 24H2

Hi,My current OS version is 23H2, and I am trying to update it to 24H2. However, I am encountering an installation error - 0xc1900200. When I check for troubleshooting steps for this issue, the first system requirement I see is that my system meets the necessary configuration: TPM 2.0 hardware, a 500GB SSD, 32GB RAM, and an i5 12th Gen processor. Despite this, I am still unable to update to version 24H2. I tried using the Windows Media Creation Tool, and when I checked the PC Health Check, everything was fine, but it's still not updating. I have been unable to print since installing Windows 11, version 24H2. The print requests remain stuck in the print queue and are listed as “pending”.

Unable to update Window 10 Pro version 1607 to version 1709

Have made several attempts to update Windows 10 version 1607 to the latest version 1709 and have not been successful.

I've done the following per some suggestions found online:

• Updated drivers
• Ran the Trouble Shooter for Windows 10 (Errors found were shown to be "Fixed" per the tool)
• Unplugged the printer
• Ran the DISM.exe

Although not at every attempt, I have received the following errors:

• 0xc1900101 - 0x30018
• 0x900704c7

Can someone please advise me as to what the errors are and provide me with the steps to update Windows.
