Windows 10: My PC is now very slow after doing Windows 11 24h2 update :

So I was basically forced into doing this update which I had heard some bad things about, and my PC is running so much slower following the update.I have updated all graphics drivers too. On some games, my screenshare on discord is very choppy when sharing a Fullscreen game for friends to watch which was not a thing prior. Even when using windowed as a work around, my PC is still very slow.However, I cant revert the update even though I only did it 3-4 days ago, where the cut off is usually 10 days which is extremely infuriating.

There are no currently listed problems resetting version 24H2 of Windows 11 and no specific steps you need to perform, are you experiencing any problems with that insider build that is causing you to perform a Windows reset?

Windows 11 24H2 is now shipping on new Copilot+PCs. However, Microsoft has not announced when it will be released for other Windows 11 users. By all accounts, it will be a significant update.

 

Availability of Windows 11 Version 24H2 Build 26100.863 on All PCs

The page says:

Windows 11, version 24H2 is only available for Copilot+ PCs devices. Unless your pc has copilot+ installed then you’ll not see the update.

As stated 24H2 has not been released to the general public but to insiders only. The update is available to all insiders on 24H2 providing their pc has copilot+.
