    Problem downloading money sunset deluxe on my new laptop

    I'm trying to download Microsoft money sunset deluxe on my new laptop with windows 10 and I keep getting an error message saying that the operation requires elevation. I went into command prompt and made sure that I am the administrator and it still doesn't
    work. Any suggestions would be most appreciated. I've seen where some say to right click on the file and click run as administrator, but if it won't download how can I right click on it?

    Help! I love my money program!
