Windows 10: How to prioritize execution of applications over another after windows start up ?

Hello, I want to prioritze execution of some application over another, let's say I want "open rgb" so my rgb doesn't come after 10 secds at the start up at the logon, I can do it but I don't want it to take more time than like useless thing like "vanguard anti cheat". Can I make it ? Or does windows already do the work for me.

Prioritize application installed locally over same application in app-v

We currently have an application which has been deployed to multiple users over app-v. We also have a need to install and test the a newer version of the same application locally.

When we start the locally installed application, we see in procmon that everything starts off as expected. At some point it starts to call other executables, but for an unknown reason it starts calling the executables from the app-v package.

Is there a way to either remove the app-v package or to always prioritize the locally installed application?

Software/Application for Packet Prioritization

Does anyone know of an application or software that would prioritize packets of information. Say I want my VOIP (Vonage home line) to have priority when the phone rings and people are using it, followed by websurfing/downloading with uTorrent, etc. Wondered what you all are using and hows it worked and what recommendations you can give? I have cFospeed installed but thats really to allow downloading without hurting your web browsing.
