  1. My laptop battery won't charge

I can't have my laptop disconnected from the charger as it will switch off. When hovering over the battery status, no matter how long it has been charging for, it still says 0%There have been times where my laptop will automatically switch off due to low battery but it is plugged in. I have left it alone charging and it doesn't change.
