Windows 10: How to reset locked out HP and not enough storage

I’ve been locked out of my laptop for a couple years now thinking I would come across the paper i wrote the password down on or the note in my phone. Today I decided I would just do a factory reset but it will not let me due to no enough space and I do not know what to do.

I tried the suggestion, however it did not work on my HP Laptop. I wish it had.

 

After reset it's only the openning page with +hp

To perform a clean reset on the IPAQ 1950 and return you HP iPAQ to factory settings:

• Press and hold the Calendar and iPAQ Wireless buttons.
• While holding down these buttons, use the stylus to lightly press the Reset button on the left side of the HP iPAQ for about two seconds.
  
• When the HP iPAQ screen begins to fade, release the Calendar and iPAQ Wireless buttons first, and then remove the stylus from the Reset button.
  
• Plug the device into the AC Adapter or press the Reset button again.

The HP iPAQ resets and powers on.







I think you might be missing that last step 4.

 

HP Laptop Boot Loop

I am encountering a boot loop problem with my HP laptop. Upon startup, it shows the HP logo and loading dots for about 11 seconds, then goes to a blank screen for approximately a minute before automatically restarting. The power button does not turn off during this cycle.

Troubleshooting Steps Taken:

• Tried hard reset and accessing BIOS/UEFI settings.
  
• Unable to boot into Safe Mode or recovery environment.

Any advice, troubleshooting steps, or insights into what might be causing this problem would be greatly appreciated.
