Failed to create a System Image Backup in windows 10 ( Error Code: 0x807800C5 & 0XC03A0014 )

Although I really want it to work out and work it’s looking like that I will have to go with a software but if there’s any chance I can make it work I want to try. I’ve tried most things like deleting old restore points but why can I not even find a article with the same issue as me a lot of people have the 0x807800c5 error but never the additional information error I have (0xc03a0014)

Can’t even get my first back up to work. Error 0x807800c5 with additional information saying “a virtual disk support provider for a specified file was not found (0xC03A0014)”. Images can be found below help is will be appreciated . There is also a error inside of the file on the drive a error log.

Hey owdi. I fortunately had this issue fixed as a result of upgrading my windows to 1903.

Thanks for the suggestion. I'm sure it will help someone else who googles this issue.
