Running Windows 11 - iTunes will not recognize my iPhone

According to your description, the iPhone is not currently recognized by iTunes on Windows 11. If you need to see if Windows itself recognizes your device, you can first see if Windows recognizes your device from your File Explorer.

However, based on the fact that you are able to connect to your iPhone through a cable and directly access and transfer photos from your device, this means that Windows'own USB driver works. It may be that we still need to trace this back to whether the drivers for Apple's mobile devices are not installed or not running, generally following iTunes.

Here are some troubleshooting steps for devices that Apple officially found that do not recognize your iPhone:

Then you can try to enter the safe mode of Windows with the network and download your iTunes following the iTunes update link provided by Apple community specialist:
