Windows 10: Network Adapter Error Code 43

My network adapter says "WIndows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. Code 43" I have factory reset my computer, network reset, reinstalled the drivers more times than i can count, downloaded older versions of the drivers, disabled driver prevention list and nothing has worked basically begging for help at this point in time

This issue has been persistent despite my attempts to troubleshoot it, and it begun after installing windows update 23H2, noticed first when I couldn't find Bluetooth function in the controll panel (bottom right, volume and network panel).

System Information:

• Operating System: Windows 11
