Windows 10: Microsoft solitaire and casual games hijacks my browser for ads

While using Microsoft Solitaire and Games, something that should not be occurring, but is. Windows 10, while using Microsoft Solitaire and Casual Games, hijacks my Brave browser, opens the browser, redirects it to an advertisement then dumps something that uBlock origin immediately halted and sent me a blocked site notice. I did not know that Microsoft, Windows 10 was permitted, without my knowledge, to open my personal browser, hijack it and send it to an advertising site of their sponsorship. Solitaire & casual Games. Will not start up.

Hi Ulf,

I am , a fellow Microsoft user like you.

It seems to be a known temporary bug. Please follow this steps.

Open the Microsoft Store and ensure you have the latest versions of the following apps (Install or update these apps if needed):

> Microsoft Mahjong

> Microsoft Solitaire Collection

Once you've done that, launch Microsoft Mahjong first and sign in with your Microsoft or Xbox account.

Inside Microsoft Mahjong app, scroll down and locate the Solitaire Collection that is under Other Microsoft Casual Games and click on it. This should open the Solitaire & Casual Games app (Microsoft Solitaire Collection).

Afterward, close all apps and restart your PC.

Upon restarting, open the Solitaire & Casual Games app (Microsoft Solitaire Collection) and see if the games are working now.

This sequence of steps might help reset any temporary glitches that could be affecting the games.

Why does microsoft Solitaire collection download as Solitaire & Casual Games?

I am running Windows 10, and somehow lost Microsoft Solitaire Collection. It is not in my Start list, nor does it show up in either my Control Panel or my settings/Apps. When I try to download from Microsoft Store, it tells me it is Microsoft Solitaire Collection, but it shows on my computer as Solitaire & Casual Games. And it shows on my start list this way and does not seem to be a part of Microsoft Games as it was before.
