Windows 10: Bad install of Phone Link effecting operation of Bluetooth

I have a Dell XPS 7590 laptop recently upgraded to Windows 11 although the problem with Phone Link predates that upgrade. I attempted to install Phone Link to my iPhone. A setting page had two toggles. I choose the top one. It forced an install, then presented a QR code, realizing then I was installing a link for an Android Phone I cancelled the procedure and used the second toggle and installed Phone Link for the iPhone. Screen shot below shows Bluetooth Microsoft Support error message.Another unfortunate side effect of this corrupt install was to disable the operation of my Bluetooth

I found out about the problem when I ran games on the phone using Phone Link. Assuming that the PC is connected to the phone with Phone link On the phone if you look at the Bluetooth settings you will see that:

• Calls = Enabled
• Audio = Not available

However, on the PC if you run Bluetooth Audio Receiver and open a connection to the phone then On the phone if you look at the Bluetooth settings you will see that:

• Calls = Enabled
• Audio = Enabled

Where have the Bluetooth phone operations and setting screen gone when I right click on my iPhone under devices and printers that option is not there which means I cannot show screen when phone rings or want to play audio files from my phone the option was there in windows 8.1

An outdated Bluetooth driver is one of the possible causes why it disconnects you unexpectedly.

To troubleshoot your concern, kindly follow these steps:

• Run the Bluetooth troubleshooter. Open Settings> Update & Security> Troubleshoot> Bluetooth> Run the troubleshooter.
• Run the Playing Audio troubleshooter. Open Settings> Update & Security> Troubleshoot> Playing Audio> Run the troubleshooter.
• Update the Bluetooth driver.Here's how:
  

• In the search box on the taskbar, type Device Manager, select it from the list of results, and then expand Bluetooth in Device Manager.
• Press and hold (or right-click) the Bluetooth radio, then select Update driver > Search automatically for updated driver software.

Note: The automated troubleshooter will try to identify and then resolve the issues that it finds.
