Windows 10: "Failed to expand shell folder constant "userdocs"" error, standard fixes not working.

I'm trying to install a game CloneHero, and during the installation process I keep getting the following error: Internal error: Failed to expand shell folder constant "userdocs"I believe this means the installer is unable to find my Documents folder. I have looked at other people with the same issue, and for everyone else, going to Documents -> Properties -> Location and clicking on Restore Default works for them. This does not work.I have also checked my registry and the 'Personal' key in 'HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\User Shell Folders' is alre

Today when I ran the program I got an error like this

How should I solve it?

I haven't got this error before when installing any game from magipack.games or any other site.

I'm using Windows 10 Pro. I had an SSD (being the boot drive) and a HDD for storing files but the HDD got messed up (it stopped working) and I lost some data including the "Downloads" folder (I guess the "Downloads" folder was on the HDD and now whenever I download something it goes in: "C:\Users\
