Windows 10: I have 2560x1440 when pc starts but only 1024x768 when Win11 loads

thanks that amd processor came from the listing it may be incorrect as suggested here. i do not want win11 but in a few years we all may not have much choice. so because i'm looking for the all in one type pc because for one i do not have space for a tower and where we use them we have space for laptops but the screen size is starting to be just to small. old age eyes if you know what i mean. we both now have to use the enlargement with ctrl and the scroll wheel to make text larger. so because i could not find that processor i asked here just in case i missed it as well, it kind of sounds like it is not there and so these pcs are not ready to run win11 if that happens to be the next OS requirement. thanks

denis what about this pc? HEWLETT PACKARD 15-EF1044NR AMD 3150U with Radeon graphics 2.40ghz. it is on that page someone posted for the approved pcs AMD Athlon™ Gold 3150U so would this make a good win11 pc and get the updates and security updates and be a fast pc? it is listed for 125$ so if some say this is a good pc then i will just get this one it has 30 day return and i would pay for that if it turns out to not work. but having a approved pc for win11 and soon win12 that will get the updates and the security updates is the important thing. being that pc i started this thread about seems to be a bit iffy, i do not see it in that list of approved pcs that someone posted a link to. thanks
