Windows 10: Can someone please help me fix this .net runtime error 1023/1000

Hello, a program that I am using for my work keeps crashing on me, I was originally getting the BSOD every so often which i think I have fixed but now it is just the program that I am using that keeps failing on me due to a .net runtime error, event ID 1023 and 1000 event ID 1023 exit code is 80131506. I believe some people have had this issue and they have managed to fix it but it is unclear to me how they have done it. any help please is greatly appreciated. this is what I have found recently https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/application-crashes-on-windows-10-exit-code/

.NET Runtime Error 1026, Application crashes immediately.
