Windows 10: how to fix siege

i have tried turning off xmp turning off all overclock settings turning down frequency verifing files and cleanbooting and problem still persists and my specs are rx 6950XT ryzen 7 5800x rog strix b550-f-wifi 32gb of ddr4 ram and 2 seperate ssd 1.5 tb in total all other games are fine only siege crashes slightly after i go into a game and no error message shows i dont have hyper V enabled if that changes anything also another thing it only crashes when it tries to load into a game after choosing operator otherwise it doesnt do anything just plays normally

In post 26 there were steps listed to fix the operating system corruption.
Are you able to follow them?
In post 29 was the suggested dism repair command.
