Windows 10: Windows not letting me update because of ''Some settings are managed by your organisation''

Before i got started, i watched some tutorials to fix this issue but all of them couldn't fixed this. This group policy didn't give me the right to disable automatic updates, get updates from other microsoft products, disable check for updates by user and set automatic updates options. Literally 4 policies. I didn't do any of this because i'm linked to my hotmail email and i am pretty sure i set to home computer. I was even questionning myself if it a virus, i did so many scans but, nothing. it even comes to the point that windows says ''Your device is missing important security and quality fi

Removing some of these settings are being managed by your organisation

How do I remove the "some of these settings are being managed by your organisation" statement in Windows 10 21H2. i have not set one up and this is a personal computer. I've tried steps 2 and 5 from this article and it doesn't work. I can't use Group Policy Editor as I don't have the Professional edition of Windows 10.

I'm getting "Some settings are hidden or managed by your organisation" in yellow color for the following setting sections in windows 10.

System:

Notification & actions, Multitasking

Personalization:

Lock Screen, Start

Privacy

General

I tried following suggestions to fix the problem.

1. Reset my PC using windows advanced startup option.
2. follow all the solutions which are mentioned in here. link
3. Change Diagnostics & feedback to Full.
4. Reset group-policies for default. link
5. Restore windows

Please kindly suggest a solution to fix this problem.
