Yesterday turn on my pc it’s give me black screen I force shut down and turn it back on it’s stuck on boot loop with Lenovo logo appeared I I force shut down again and turn it on again it’s give and again it stuck on boot loop and it says preparing repair automatic I force shut down and turn on again it’s give me again the same issue I tried to put it on windows recovery mode with different ways but nothing works now when it give me preparing repair automatic I let for some time and give me bleu screen with stop code DRIVER PNP WATCHDOG it’s give me this code a lot of times once it restart and

cpu usage stuck at 100 while playing fortnite and game is lagging alot on high end pc

I got the Lenovo LOQ with rtx 4060 and i5 12450HX 16gb ram, DirectX 12 wont work and DirectX 11 have a lot of lag, lag spike (fps rapidly go down from 144 to 40 for no reason) and uses 100% of the cpu

 

My PC keeps freezing? Can someone help me fix it? (I Bought it last year for $2k and it has an RTX 3060, 12th Gen Intel i5-12400F, 32GB RAM (0.15GB used) , And latest driver version.)

2) Make a new restore point:

Create System Restore Point in Windows 11

3) Search for:

C:\WINDOWS\MEMORY.DMP

Save to the downloads folder > zip > post a share link into this thread

(make sure that it is zipped)

4) Uninstall the Nvidia GPU drivers using DDU > reinstall from the Nvidia website
