Windows 10: Graphic problems with HP Elitebooks G9/G11

Many users experience graphical issues in applications such as MS Teams or web browsers especially on video platforms such as YouTube.We have disabled hardware acceleration in Chrome/Edge. Unfortunately, the new version of Teams no longer includes a hardware acceleration option.In MS Teams, the problem occurs when someone shares their screen.It is not a persistent issue, it occurs sporadically.Rolling back to an older graphics driver is not an option due to security vulnerabilities. We have installed the latest drivers and BIOS and have also disabled hardware acceleration in Chrome and Edge.

Last point of note. I re-ran the UEFI on board diagnostics over night, all System tests, Exhaustive, this completed 15 time with no errors.

HP Elitebook webcam problem

Hp Elitebook 8460p installed webcam does not work with Skype. It does work with youcam and camera apps. I have windows 10 1607 installed on this PC. Skype detects the webcam but shows a circling blank screen, not video of me or the room I am in. Do you
have a suggestion/solution?

The EliteBook 800 series and the ZBook 14u/15u are designed to pass MIL-STD-810G testing to ensure durability, and are more easily serviceable than previous generations The ZBook 14u/15u have industry-leading durability in a thin and light 14 and 15-inch form factor, as they undergo two additional MIL-STD 810G tests for bench handling and crash hazard shock for unpredictable conditions in technical environments.
