Windows 10: Asking for a Pin - What pin?

I am having problems with my windows account. Since Thursday when everything worked as it should I have been asked to provide a pin. I have never set up a pin and when i try the troubleshooting options it tells me pin is unavailable. The pop up i get is has the title sign in Microsoft family features nothing I have/use or set up. It asks fir a pin. when I say try another avenue to access I'm told i can't use my personal email address. When I try to access live chat I can't because it asks me for this code that doesn't exist. I private tutor and need access to my Skype account which isn't b

Clear "Pin suggested" list in People Bar

Does anybody know how to clear the "Pin suggested" list on the "People bar"?

Contacts are added to the "Pin suggested" list once you've pinned and unpinned them. But there seems to be no obvious way to remove them from that list.

After playing around with this feature and pinning and unpinning many dummy contacts, it's rather annoying to see them in the "Pin suggested" list when you click on the "My People" icon in the taskbar.

There's a possibility that the PIN code you're asked to enter is the PIN code of your Windows 10 user account. If you signed in to Windows 10 using your Microsoft account, the Xbox app will take the credentials you've used to sign in. Let's remove the PIN
code. Here are the steps:

1. Click Start and select Settings.
2. Select Accounts.
3. Select Sign-in options, under PIN, click
   Remove.
4. Confirm the changes by entering your profile password.

PIN at start up

I suggest you to follow the below steps how to Change PIN password:

• In the search box, type settings.
• Then Click on accounts.
• Then on the left hand side click on sign in options.
• Then you can Select Change PIN password and remove the pin.
