    Cant log into the microsoft store with this account


    I cant log into the microsoft store using this account, even though the password and email are the same, whenever i try to log in, it tells me about to use windows hello, and when i press ok, it says Something Went wrong and it still keeps me out of my account, and if i try to log in a saved email on microsoft store it just says "We encountered an error. Please try signing in again later." I can log into my other accounts just fine but i cant log into this specific one.Also the first problem when i sign in with windows hello the next slide it tells me "We're sorry but something went wrong regi

    I see what you mean about the password but i think its a backward step to compromise my Microsoft password to to use the app store

    Issues with logging into Store and Mail with Microsoft account on Windows 10.

    This issue might occur if there is change computer is not connected to the network or there is change in app settings.



    To assist you better, please provided us the information below:

    • When you say that "while log in to Microsoft account in store or mail ", are you connected to the internet while trying to configure Microsoft account in Store and Mail? Are you referring to Windows 10 Mail app?
    • Are you logged into the Microsoft Account or Local Account?



    I suggest you to run the below Windows Store apps troubleshooter and check if it helps.

    Yes. When you sign in to the Store with a Microsoft account like in step 5 in Option Two of the tutorial below instead of switching to a Microsoft account you will and stay a local account.
