Windows 10: The camera light turns on when I turn off my camera

    The camera light turns on when I turn off my camera


    Whenever I click on the camera button the light turns on and it says the camera is off. Is there any way to resolve this? Usually when its on it means the camera is on but it tells me the camera is on when I try to turn off the light.

    camera turning itself on

    Hi, I have the same laptop and had the same issue with the camera turning itself on. I guess I have found the app which is using the camera which is WAVES MaxxAudio

    The camera light turns on when I turn off my camera 254107d1573247368t-windows-10-camera-turning-itself-annotation-2019-11-09-023028.png


    Turn off WAVES MaxxAudio and restart your laptop to fix this

    Dell camera driver

    • To open up your webcam or camera, select the Start Windows logo Start button button, and then select Camera in the list of apps.
    • If you want to use the camera within other apps, select the Start Windows logo Start button button, select Settings Gear-shaped Settings icon > Privacy > Camera, and then turn on Let apps use my camera. 
    • From there, turn on each of the listed apps where you want to use the camera. Test your camera here

    Camera Light or flash light frozen on for ever

    I have a Nokia 909 Windows 8.1 Phone. Suddenly, the camera light or flash light when on and it stays on frozen! I can find no way to turn it off. I when to AT & T retailer and they were unable to fix the problem neither. Any suggestions on how
    I can fix this problematic camera light or flash frozen on light? THE LIGHT OR FLASH LIGHT WON'T TURN OFF!hELP! PEASE!!!
