Windows 10: I don't understand why Microsoft wouldn't let me download Windows 11.

Well, honestly, I know the basics of PCs and notebooks, and I'm asking this to understand and know more, sorry for my ignorance. I was checking if my notebook could receive the Windows 11 update, and it says no. I meet all the requirements except that 'the processor is not compatible with Windows 11.' The requirement is 1GHz or faster, and my PC has 1.10GHz. The PC Health Check app shows the processor as 'IntelR PentiumR CPU N4200 @ 1.10GHz 1.10 GHz,' and I don't understand why it wouldn't let me download it. My device meets all the other requirements except the one I mentioned before.

I just read an article in the new Linux magazine on the use of Ramdisks. Using those as a file system can drastically speed up read and write performance. That would be a cool feature to build in the OS of mobile phones that hold a memory card anyway, wouldn´t
it. Then saving a large Excel sheet wouldn´t take ages as it does now (on my E61 anyway), but just a few seconds...

Microsoft Solitaire error 124

Tried all. no help. Command prompt wouldn`t recognize the command stated in suggestions. Tried with power shell no help. Always solid 124. I don`t know how many yrs. I`ve used solitaire col. with 0 probs. now all of a sudden won`t work. Mahjong and
sudoku ok. I don`t understand what changed.
