Windows 10: Microsoft XNA Framework Redistributable 4.0 not downloading

Hello,I've downloaded a gamo on steam called terraria turns out it uses XNA frameworks . When i tried to download it an error popped up attached by imgur so I fust clicked ignore but the game doesnt work this way . I've already tried downloading the program but that didn't work. I would appreciate any help in this matter and sorry for the product and topic I don't know which one it is.Sincerely,Leventepicture

Microsoft XNA Framework Redistributable 4.0 fails to install

I download a game and the game requires Microsoft XNA Framework Redistributable 4.0. When I launch the game it begins to install but then fails, when I try to manually install i get
to the registering modules portion of the installer where it gives me an error. The error goes

Module C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\XNA\Framework\Shared\xnavisualizer.dll failed to register .HRESULT -2147024703

Then when I try to manually register xnavisualizer.dll it gives me another error saying it failed to load.
