Windows 10: No internet, but can still see the networks

So I have a windows 11 and when I turned it on after I got home, I found that I could not connect to the internet. I could see my network but when I clicked on it, it told me it couldn't connect.I restarted my computer, thinking nothing of it, but it did not fix the problem. Every other computer in the house could connect just fine, even my phone. So it wasn't a problem with the internet connection.I looked up things that could be the problem and the only things I could guess would be outdated drivers.Can someone help?

network and internet

this hard drive is not connected to my computer, it is connected to my wireless router.

after scanning for hardware changes as you suggested in step one, there is no usb hard drive
listed on my computer, either in the device manager, or in the network list in file manager which includes both computers connected to the router. this computer is recognizing the router, internet, and other computers connected to the router.
it is not recognizing the hard drive connected tot he wireless router.

I checked my wireless router to see if the usb hard drive is discoverable and verified that it is.

1. Open Admin command and type: ipconfig
   
   
   
2. Win+X->Control Panel->Netwok and Sharing Center
   Follow the screen shot. This should disable internet access from this PC but allows access to local device(s)
   NOTE: Use the IP & Subnet Mask from step 1. Leave Default gateway & DNS Server blank
