Audio not working, potential driver issue

Hello,My laptop speakers are not producing audio. I've checked that they're set as the active speakers, and the system settings shows that they're connected. While playing audio, the volume indicator in system settings moves as if sound is being produced. I checked the get help menu, and it suggested their may be an audio driver issue, however all my audio drivers are up to date. What do I do?

    :)
