Windows 10: Windows 11 Pro Activation.

I recently upgraded some parts in my PC, I had windows 11 installed beforehand, but wasn't able to sign in to fix the activation issues for whatever reason, so I used the windows reset setting "Fix Problems With Using Windows Update", after it all installed, I loaded back into the user sign in screen, and it asked me to change my pin, I pressed the button and it would not let me do that. After hours of trying to find different solution I decided to just fully reinstall windows, at first I accidently installed windows home instead of windows pro, and it still wouldn't let me activate windows. 3. Enter your existing product key: If the Troubleshooter doesn't resolve the issue, try entering your existing Windows 11 Pro product key. Go to Settings > System > Activation, and click "Change product key." Enter the key you used previously to upgrade to Windows 11 Pro.

Windows 11 Home to Pro upgrade

Want to upgrade 11 Home to 11 Pro. Tried download, but apparently files transferred were for 11 Enterprise. This will not activate; error is "invalid digital license or product key". This is on a new Surface. How to proceed?

Can withdraw/delete this. The suggestion to downgrade - listed below - with a 'fake' windows 10 key works.
