Windows 10: Something Went Wrong Your PIN is not avilable code 0x80090027

I'm logging in in with my Microsoft account password again & again. and even after changing the pin it is not working.

Hello, I have updated my laptop to windows 11, and after a few weeks, I can not use my PIN, fingerprint, or even windows hello. It says that something went wrong and your PIN isn't available (code 0x80090027)

 

Getting Error “ Something went wrong and your PIN isn't available (code: 0x80090027). Restart your device to see if that fixes the problem.”on windows lock screen, please tell how to fix this?

I have reset my pin in Laptop and then when I try to login with PIN getting Error message like "something went wrong and your pin isn't available code: 0x80090027" everytime. I have tried restarting the system and that doesn't works. I could not get exact steps to fix issue. please provide the proper steps to fix this issue for windows 11.
