Windows 10: weird dots on screen, and glitchy audio

So I built a pc to use for work. I do email marketing which doesn't require high specs. so I bought: i5 3570k, H61 motherboard. 8gb single stick ddr3 120gb ssd for OS and a generic Power supply.strange, I see some little dots piled in a pattern. and they also changes position when I change the resolution. what could be the problem?also: I countered some glitch in the audiosettings. I have 2 ports, the front pannel and the rear panel. And I also see 2 options in settings to where the sound should come out. but the 1st option doesn't do a thing. no sound in front. no sound in back. 2nd option ac

I actually checked whether my gpu driver is updated or not and it is the latest update right now. Also the glitchy pixel issue has been gone since I restarted the PC earlier and until now it never occured again. Just for that one moment there were a bunch of weird glitchy pixels seen on both my main and second monitor. I tried looking it up on google and found out that it could be artifacting, a visual defect that can occur in a gpu due to a multitude of reasons such as overheating, hardware faults or outdated drivers. But my gpu is pretty new and I still don't understand why this issue would occur in my gpu.

Any other ideas?

Weird glitchy pixels on screen

Hi! I had an issue with some weird glitchy pixels (will attach pictures of it) after I minimized my discord window. When I minimized my discord window on my second monitor it suddenly turned black for a mere second on both monitors and got back to normal again (happened twice when I minimized discord only). After that the issue was gone but then I started to notice multiple weird glitchy pixels on both my monitors. It disappeared after I restarted my PC. Thanks in advance!

P.S.: my PC is quite new and not even a year old :/

GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 12 GB

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600, 6x 3.60GHz

Weird glitchy mouse cursor

Update: I just managed to get the mouse back to normal, but it still has the glitchy mouse error. It does the same thing as before where it works fine on my secondary screen but looks weird on my primary one. I can now select the close tab button, but
I still want the cursor to go back to normal. I have attached an image of the cursor below.
