Windows 10: I need my Bitlocker recovery key

My computer locked and it is asking for a Bitlocker recovery code. I cannot log into my Microsoft account or don't remember the email used. I cannot find the recovery key or log in to my account

I have lost my bitlocker recovery key and tried following the recovery steps. I have also searched and tried following the command prompts suggested but none have worked.
