    Hello,I had an alpha-numeric password, but suddenly Windows is now requesting an 8-digit pin from me to login even though I never had one; no alternative options are being provided. How can I access my PC?Here is a little bit of context of how I got here:Starting about a week ago, I was having issues where when leaving my PC on sleep, I would come back to it finding it had completely shut down.     Hi Saschavan,

    To help you disable your PIN login, kindly follow the steps below:

    • Go to this location: Settings/Accounts/Sign-in options
    • Check the PIN options and click the I forget my PIN available to click?
    • Enter your password, it will prompt you to enter a new PIN.
    • Click Cancel and your PIN should be disable upon reboot.

    thanks again for the detailed replies. - - - Updated - - - i'm a bit confused about the bitwarden site, Field Guide to Two-Step Login | Bitwarden Help Center they suggest using Authy themselves, lol, but it seems to suggest the 2FA 6-digit code is only available on their mobile app? or do they mean you just need it on the phone to scan the QR?
