Windows 10: Malware, no service can detect and remove

Discus and support Malware, no service can detect and remove in Windows 10 Gaming to solve the problem; I am running Win 10 Pro on a Asus Laptop.     Malware, no service can detect and remove


    I am running Win 10 Pro on a Asus Laptop. A couple of weeks ago I downloaded a Bittorrent map file and then the problem began. Slow running, pop up ads, no settings tab under the 3 tabs in Chrome, and all searches are defaulting to Bing, even though I have Google as prefered.I have MS Defender running daily and tried using it offline mode. I have tried Malware Bitts, AVG, Scan Gaurd, and Total AV, with no success.

    Best way to remove problem Malware

    Hi There,

    I am trying to remove a bundle of Malware without success.

    There is a bundle of listed programs which I try to uninstall through the typical Control Panel effort, but they remain listed there:

    Buenosearch Toolbar
    MyPC Backup
    PC Performer
    Speed Test 127
    UnknownFile

    I was looking at this weblink which provides a 5 step process for Buenosearch alone:
    Remove Bueno Search (Removal Guide)

    Not sure how much certain guides can be trusted. One of the first things I read was to download Revo Uninstaller, and I've not heard of it so I'm not sure if it's trustworthy..........

    malware detected and removed, but not listed in WD history

    Today I downloaded a .zip file and WD (Windows 10 version) gave a pop-up from the taskbar saying it had detected and removed malware. Curious about what kind of malware it had found, I went to the History tab in the WD GUI, but nothing was listed under quarantined
    or all detected items. There was also nothing about it in the event logs.

    Using the download link I used an online scanner and this detected JS:Trojan.JS.Agent.PA

    After this I tested with the EICAR test file. This one was detected and
    listed in history.

    I had the same thing several times with MS Security Essentials on Windows 7. Is there a categorie of malware that is not listed? I hope not.
