Windows 10: Block / disable info pop-up on win 10 bootup screen

This annoying pop-up has recently started showing on my initial win 10 boot up screen before I even sign on:If anyone knows how I can Block / Disable it from popping-up on my initial win 10 boot-up screen I'd appreciate it, thanks.

the browser doesn't block pop-ups - it simply doesn't support popups.

you can't disable a blocker that doesn't exist.

my suggestion: tell whoever runs that website about your issues. they can tweak the website to make it work.

To enable and disable the popup blocker, follow these steps:

• Click the "..." button in the upper right-hand corner to access the Microsoft Edge menu.
• Select Settings.
• Click on View Advanced settings.
• Block up Pop ups. From here you can turn off or on the pop up blocker.
