Windows 10: ett packard-USB-2/10/2017 1200.00AM-44.1.2402.1741 permanently

How do I hide or block the following. Hewlett Packard-USB-2/10/2017 1200.00AM-44.1.2402.1741 which is stopping me from obtaining Windows 11 updates. Regards Teresa Moran.

Packard Bell Diamond Plus 1200

Since posting this question I have now uploaded Mustek Bearpaw 1200 CU Plus and run a compatibility check on windows 10 and my scanner now works.

For further info

The Packard Bell Diamond 1200 Plus is in fact manufactured by Mustek .

Packard Bell no longer support or list this device on the website but drivers can be found at Mustek's European site.

Hewlett-Packard - USB - 2/10/2017 Install error 0x80070103

Hi,

I keep trying to install this update but it keeps failing so keeps showing as an available update:

Hewlett-Packard - USB - 2/10/2017 12:00:00 AM - 44.1.2402.1741

Install error 0x80070103

The update looks very old so I've no idea why it's there in the first place.

Does anyone know how I can get rid of it?
