    You may try the steps listed below and check if it works.

    • Right click the Windows icon on the taskbar and choose ‘Device Manager’.
    • Expand ‘Sound, video and game controllers’.
    • Right click on ‘Creative SB X-Fi’, disable and re-enable it.
