Windows 10: Why is my computer slow ?

My computer is running windows 11 and is slow to start, as difficulties running basic application such as option or task manager but easly handle third parties sofware i'm using opera discord steam and other without issue.I don't think that an disk issue since i have a ssd nvme and windows defender can't find any issue, what can i do ?
