Windows 10: I am having lots of trouble trying to sign into xbox.com

Every time i try to sign in to xbox.com, it just tells me that i signed out of my account and that it is a good idea to close all my browser windows. I am able to log into the xbox app as well as microsoft.com, just not xbox.com. It has been a very frustrating process and I hope someone can help. Please let me know if anyone has ideas on how to fix these issues.

Xbox live app error 0x87dd0005 trouble signing

So after i reset my laptop OS win 10 everything work fine EXCEPT when i tried to sign in at XBOX app i get a error message 0x87dd0005. Unfortunately the suggested fix does not work.

If you’re having trouble signing in to the Xbox app, here are a few things you can try.

  Make sure that you’ve connected to the Internet.

  Go to
  Xbox.com and sign in there to make sure that the Xbox service is up and running and you don’t have any issues with your account.

  On your PC, go to Start > Settings > Time & language.
  Under Date and time, make sure that the Set time automatically setting is turned on.

  If none of the other options work, go to Start > Settings >
  Accounts and find the Microsoft account you used to sign in to the Xbox app, and select
  Remove. Then go back to the Xbox app and sign in with the Microsoft account you just removed.

1. Were you able to sign-in to this app before?
   
2. Are you trying to sign-in to your Xbox account or Microsoft account?
   
3. Have you recently changed your password?
   
4. Have you tried signing in from a different device or network?
   
5. Have you checked if your account to see if there is enforcement action lifted?
   
6. Have you tried any troubleshooting steps so far? If yes, what were they?
   
7. Are we using a windows 10 or 11 or console device?
   

In the meantime, here are a few things you can try to perform assuming we are using windows pc:

• Check your internet connection: Make sure that your device is connected to the internet and that your connection is stable.

Can't sign in to xbox app on windows 10 laptop

Thank you for the information. Can you tell us if you have another Microsoft accounts associated with your Windows 10? Also, can you tell us if you recently changed your account password? For us to isolate more your concern, we suggest that you sign in your
Microsoft account online through Xbox.com to make sure that you can access it normally. If so, let's remove the account that you're trying to sign in on the Xbox app by performing the following steps:

• On your PC, press the Windows key and select the gear icon to access
  Settings page.
• Go to Accounts.
• Find the Microsoft account you used to sign in to the Xbox app and select
  Remove.
• Go back to the Xbox app and sign in with the Microsoft account you just removed.
