Windows 10: My computer keeps crashing while gaming and watching videos

I have a DMP file that tells me exactly what the problem is but I don't know how to read or understand it. I ask if someone can please take 5 minutes and read it for me I'd greatly appreciate it. the screenshot I posted is what reliability history showed me and where i got the dmp file from

I suggest you run rthdribl > http://www.daionet.gr.jp/~masa/archives/rthdribl_1_2.zip
Increase the window size step by step and watch your vga temps permanently.
What happens?
If it crashes, run at stock speeds as suggested before and retry.

P.S.: When your system locks, does the display signal turn off after a time?
Stuttering sound or no sound at all when freezing?
What X1800XT model do you own exactly?

computer crashes when watching video

My computer keeps crashing when watching different forms of video(netflix, youtude, DVR), when i cycle through 4 and more tabs quickly, and occasionally with no perceived reason. I have windows 10 but i did not initailly have these problems, it started
two weeks after download when i was watching a show off my DVR online. partway through my computer crashed and now i have extreme difficultly watching any video. the audio will mess up swiftly followed by the screen going black and the computer restarting.
This is not a custom computer it is store bought in addition i have updated all the drivers for audio and visual and updated my processor for windows 10. does anyone have any idea what is happening?
