Windows 10: Phone Link Problem: Code: 0x80073CF6

when i try to open phone link it will not open, and it will not show in my settings in the system componets or Installed apps sections. when i open the store, it says update. i hit that button and when it reaches 100%, it says error, retry. Code: 0x80073CF6Please help

Error 0x80073CF6

Hi,

The error code: 0x80073CF6 that you are seeing after performing the steps provided by
Joe Men may be caused by some issues with the Windows Store cache. Let us go ahead and reset it by following the steps below:

• Click on the Start button.
• In the Search box, type WSReset.exe.
• Once the program comes up, right-click on it and select Run as administrator.
• The Windows Store will open and you should get a confirmation message saying
  “The cache has for the Store was cleared. You can now browse the Store for apps.”

Can't "Link to Wndows"

Thanks so much. I will certainly follow your tutorial in the future. I think resetting did the trick, and I was also able to set a pin code. Question. I am confused about one ongoing step: "Go to www.aka.ms/addComputer" in your browser." A search for this, and other similar url's suggested in the Phone LInk setup always ends up the same way, with a trip to nowhere.

Clicking in those types of links end up in a blank tab
