Windows 10: Computer Spamming Key in Odd Way

Every time I boot up my PC, it's fine for a while. Maybe an hour or two before it starts. It'll hold down my CTRL key, if it's both or just one of them I'm unsure and then once I press CTRL it spams my C key with no end in sight. It's impossible to do anything on my computer when it's doing this. Every time I've encountered this issue, I simply shut down my PC since I can't reach the restart button. Once I boot up my PC the issue starts again after around a maximum of 30 seconds. And then the cycle repeats after I manually restart my PC again, with the hour or two delay before it acts up.I h

Yes, I do appreciate your feedback and help. You're helping suggest ways on blocking all that, which is Step 1; we gotta take the first step. But the way that I'm looking at it is why stay stuck in Step 1 instead of moving on to Step 2? Step 2 is having a response to all this. So Step 1 is to block the non-sense, then Step 2 is to take down the source, if you see what I mean. I wanna apply Step 2. Let's move forward in the whole process, yah? =)

My computer keeps spamming the "/" key

So basically, everytime i press the "/" key it spams it; for example: "//////////////////"

It also spams "/" when i press "o", "p", "l", "0", ".", ";", "[" and "]"

I've tried many things like uninstalling and reinstalling drivers, switching keyboards and changing settings
