Windows 10: How to convert iphone icloud images on compurer to real photo files?

My question again: I have transferred photos from my iphone to Windows 11 via icloud -- apparently only the thumbnails reference images transferred from the iphone to the computer based on what someone wrote on line but not the information behind them -- so it is impossible to save them as real photos, and then edit them in LightRoom. ===>>> How do I create real images out of these icloud thumbnails???? A better way to download photos form iphone?

syncing images to pc & back to iphone

Hey there I have a bit of a dilemma. I want to do this:

1. sync images from my iphone to my pc
2. run jpegmini on the images that are now on my pc from my phone
3. replace the existing images on the iphone and icloud with the new smaller compressed images to save space and avoid cloud conflicts with the same files with different file sizes

Surely this probably isn't as straight-forward as those steps above, right? Any feedback on what to do differently than the above or should I just stick with the above?

• Which application are you using to sync the images in your iPhone with your computer?
  

If you are using iCloud to sync your photos between your iPhone and Computer, after the photos get synced, the files will be stored on iCloud. Once you edit or make changes to the photos, it will change on other devices as well. If you delete the photos
on one device, it will be deleted from iCloud and if you want to get back the photos, you can restore it from recently deleted album within 30 days.

Why .ICO files blurry when you convert from an image?

Hi,

Thank you for posting your query on Microsoft Community.

I suggest you to follow the steps below on how to change a picture to.ico format and check if this helps. Follow the steps below to do the same:

• Select the image\picture you want to convert into .ico.
• Now resize the image to 32x32 using Paint or Photo Gallery.
• Save the file and just rename it to with an .ico extension and also select 24bit bitmap.
