Windows 10: Inquire about the cause of our Agent program not being able to connect on Windows 11 version

Hello.We would like to inquire as below about the cause of the inability to connect to our Agent program on the Windows 11 version.<Problem>1. Install and run our Agent program on your Windows 11 PC Installation and execution complete2. A USB connected device card reader to a Windows 11 PC and our server our website cannot be connected through the agent.<What we learned>1. All things being equal, there are no above issues at all on Windows 10 PC Difference: Different operating system versions2. Not all Windows 11 PCs are unable to connect, and some PCs are unable to connect

Windows 11 Crashes Apparently Caused by Agent Ransack.

Windows 11 is apparently crashing due to Agent Ransack, refer following.

Can you please provide any suggestions etc?



A summary follows;

1. I have not observed a crash if Agent Ransack is not in use,
   
2. An increase of virtual memory, refer following, apparently assisted, though crashes still occur,
   
3. The crashes apparently only occur if both: searching with Agent Ransack, and using Windows Media Center;
   
   1. The same search without Windows Media Center apparently does not crash,
      
   2. Yes, Windows Media Center – I have not found a suitable alternative, and
      
   3. I experienced only one crash, despite “thousands” of searches using both: Windows 10, and Windows Media Centre; on another computer.
      
4. I have updated to the latest revision of Agent Ransack,
   
5. The crash’s likelihood is apparently related to search’s character length,
   
6. I have access to a computer with Windows 10 that successfully completes a search that causes Windows 11 to crash, and
   
7. I unsuccessfully trialled changing the hard drive being searched,
   

The crash errors include the following:

1. Kernel mode heap corruption
   
2. Bad pool caller, and
   
3. Page in non page area.

Looking for: Web Agent & Software dev tools for graphical programs

I am looking for two types of software that are completely unrelated: 1) A web agent that will go to a list of sites, look for and return specific information. Ex: find the latest interest rates for investment certificates. 2) Software packages used to develop programs that allow the user to draw and modify graphical images (block diagrams, lines with textual labels).. desktop agent tray error message in windows 10

I tried the following suggestion. When I got to step 4, the list provided no checkmarks to uncheck and the icon for Desktop Agent Tray was a checkmark in a yellow circle. nothing happened when I clicked on the yellow circle with the checkmark. the title
on the list was Desktop Agent Tray(2) Clicking on the title opened a title beneath the Desktop Agent Tray (2) which did not have the (2)

the publisher of both titles was CenturyLink Inc and the status for the entry with the (2) was enabled and the status of the other entry was blank. Changing the status to disabled did nothing. the Start up impact was listed as high. There was another
entry under the two Desktop Agent Tray titles There was an icon then Dw20 with a high start up impact. No where was there a place to uncheck or delete. So far the box which lists the error disappears and there seems to be no problem. I just wonder why
it is there,

Desktop Tray Agent is a program used by Qwest to update their installer when setting up DSL (Digital Subscribers Line) based connections to computers. I suggest you to follow the steps below and check for the status:

• Press Windows key + R, type msconfig.
• Go to Startup tab.
• Click on Open Task Manager.
• Uncheck Desktop Agent Tray from the list.
• Click on Apply and OK.
