Windows 10: Can some kind person help an old Duffer Technophobe.

Since Windows 24HS update today, All my Saved Documents are in Chinese. and with a very poor layout. I am English, in the U.K and very fed up. My beloved Wordpad has also disappeared.Can some kind soul explain very simply how to restore my documents and my sanity.?

Need old Windows Start menu

You can click the hash icon located above the 3D Builder icon to check if that helps.

Suggest you to follow these steps to check if that helps:

• 
  Press Windows key + I to get the Settings screen.
  
• 
  Click on Personalization and click Start.
  
• 
  Enable the feature for “use start full screen”.
