Windows 10: Windows 10 Upddate will not stay disabled.

I've disabled the Windows Update entry inside both Services.msc and GPedit.msc Computer Config/Admin Templates/Windows Components/Windows Update/ Config Auto Updates. While the GPedit stays disabled after a reboot both soft & hard, Services comes back up showing as Manual Trigger Start. I'd prefer it to stay they way I left it -- Disabled. What options do I have to make this a reality?

Disabling Synaptic touchpad in Windows 10, and why it won't stay disabled. For a left handed person, it is disruptive.

If you wish to disable your touchpad, I suggest you to follow the steps mentioned below.

• Press Windows Key +X.
• Select Device manager.
• Expand Mice and other pointing devices.
• Right click on Synaptic touchpad driver and select Disable.
• Click OK to confirm and check with the issue.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK
