Why does my PC keep saying 'Automatic Repair'?

For months now, every time I try turn on my PC, it pops up on my monitor that my PC did not start properly under 'Automatic Repair'. I have tried all the different options it allows me yet it never works. I have bought new RAM and it still doesn't work. I'm very frustrated and I would love if there were any other suggestions as to how I can get my PC to work again. I understand there could be a lot of variables that cause this issue but the last thing I want to do is spend any more money on it unless absolutely necessary.Thank you.

    :)
