Windows 10: Idk what are these files for are they malware or malicious?

My laptop was hacked yesterday i deleted everything and reinstalled windows now im still suspicious of it so i went on youtube and searched for how to secure it some youtuber was talking about suspicious start and suspended apps in the task manager i checked even i had start and suspended idk what are they i clicked on open file location there were systemapps idk why the names are in such a way im just suspicious if they are renamed by any malware or something?

Unable to open .IDK file format on Windows 10.

sourceforge bundles malware

From the main Filezilla Sourceforge page you can also browse the files, this is usually used for downloading older versions but you can download the latest version as well through there. At the top right of the file list is an option to switch to "Direct Download Link" to On. So anything you download from the file list will be the actual file, not the malware filled Sourceforge installer.

 

Chrome browser lock up caused by malicious malware.

I frequently have this happen after I have downloaded PDF files. The browser locks up and a page appears that says that I have downloaded malicious malware that is mining all of my personal information and can only be eliminated by calling the listed phone
number. When this first happened I called the number and the person that answered had an east indian accent. They wanted access to my computer which immediately sent up a bunch of red flags, so I hung up. I then pulled up my task manager (CTRL ALT DELETE)
and used it to turn off Chrome. I followed up with a Malwarebytes malware scan. The malware was found and quarantined. I then restart Chrome with no problems, that is until it happens again.
