  3. Asus Zenbook stuck on Asus logo

    Hi,

I have a ASUS Zenbook laptop which recently received a windows update.

Ever since the update - the laptop would not start up and it would just go in a loop

"Attempting to recover installation.." "Undoing changes made to your computer...". and then restart (this cycle would just keep repeating)

I took it to IT and they tried to get into Recovery mode by keeping the power button pressed firmly during this loop and also pressing the "ESC F1 F2 F3". After doing this multiple times

Now the machine just shows the ASUS logo and doesn't even try to boot up.

I need to get my laptop up and running - is that even possible at this point? Can you please suggest steps to troubleshoot / recover from this situation?

    Thanks

  4. Multiple Non-Stop BSODs on Windows 11, ASUS Zenbook 13

    driver_power_state_failure Asus Zenbook Windows 11

    Hi,

I have a brand new Asus Zenbook 14 UM425QA with installed Windows 11. Sometimes (1-2 times a week) I am faced with a BSOD problem. It happens at random times and I don't see any reason why.
I keep getting the driver_power_state_error. In the minidump, it says that it is caused by driver ntoskrnl.exe.

The minidump and memory dump is there: File on MEGA

    How do I fix it?

    Thanks in advance
