Windows 10: Built-in keyboard and touchpad not responding/working anymore Win.11

Notebook keyboard, touchpad, and mouse fails to respond

Ever since I have taken this Dell notebook out of the box or not long after that, it has been giving me trouble with the keyboard, touchpad, and mouse. When I go to wake the computer from sleep or even turning it on after a night's rest, the keyboard, mouse, and touchpad do not respond to the computer. The cursor (if I am typing something) and the mouse pointer freezes up and it makes the computer not usable until it responds. The keyboard also has a backlit caps lock key. When this happens, the light on the caps lock key does not light up. I have ran tests on it from Dell and the program (Dell Support Assist) says that everything passed and there is nothing wrong. There is something wrong. A brand new computer from the factory should not be doing this. The notebook is a Dell Inspiron 15-3552. I don't have it listed in my specs yet.

the touchpad and built-in keyboard only work in BIOS

Hello. I have a vivobook flip tp412fa laptop. For some time now, the touchpad and built-in keyboard have stopped responding and only work in BIOS mode, the touchscreen works without any problems. The devices are visible in the device manager without any errors, when turning on the troubleshooter there is no keyboard option to choose from. I have already looked for many solutions on the Internet and have already tried updating the bios, reinstalling drivers, changing settings in energy saving mode, reinstalling the system several times on both Windows 10 and 11, deleting registry entries. The keyboard and touchpad still work in the BIOS, and after reinstalling the system, they work as long as I do not connect the laptop to the network. After connecting to the Internet, even though Windows Update is turned off, it stops working after about 30 seconds and nothing helps. Does anyone have any ideas on how to solve this problem, because even though I have a lot of knowledge about computers, having watched many videos and reading forums, I still have no idea how to solve this problem.
