Windows 10: why cant i play marvel rivals on windows 10?

I'm running the latest version of windows 10 and I have a Nvidia GeForce gtx 1650, but I still can't run marvel rivals I keep getting a message saying direct 12x is not supported and everything I've read has told me I need the latest version windows 10

Marvell AVASTAR Bluetooth broken functionality

Hello Jeffrey,

I have done what you suggested a few times. Right now the Marvell Adapter appears to be 'behaving itself'. This was after I removed all the Bluetooth devices apart from the surface cover and ran the Surface diagnostic test for surface pro's. One thing
I notice is that when the adapter is 'playing up', I go to trouble-shooter and find that is "turning on the Bluetooth radio adapter" or that it installs the Marvel Avastar Bluetooth driver again.

You haven't really answered my question. Is there a problem with the Marvell Avastar Bluetooth drivers? Is Microsoft working with Marvell to fix this problem? Is the fact that the latest surface pro's have
Intel Bluetooth adapters an indication than Microsoft no longer trusts Marvell's adapters in the surface pro?
